Youth Rise is a Crime Stoppers Bermuda initiative created for young people in Bermuda. We believe you can help make your community a safer place.

If you see or hear something that doesn’t feel right, you can share it with us completely anonymously. Your information could help prevent a crime — or help catch the person responsible if it’s already happened.

Youth Rise is a service that allows you to share information about crime 100% anonymously.

Anonymous means your identity is completely unknown. We never ask for your name, record your call, or track your device. Anything that could identify you is removed before your information is passed on.

Frequently asked questions

Is Youth Rise really anonymous?

Yes. When you share information with Youth Rise, you will never be asked for your name or any personal details. We don’t record calls, track IP addresses, or use any technology that can identify you. Anything that could reveal who you are is removed before your information is shared.

Where are the calls answered?

All calls are answered overseas by Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers in Miami, Florida, USA. This helps guarantee your anonymity and ensures no one in Bermuda can trace the call.

What happens after I share information?

A report is created using the details you provide. Before it’s sent back to Crime Stoppers Bermuda, any personal information or identifying details are removed. The Crime Stoppers Bermuda coordinator then passes the edited report to the relevant law enforcement agency — such as the Bermuda Police Service or Bermuda Customs — so they can investigate.

The authorities never know who the information came from.

Will I have to go to court or make a statement?

No. You will never be asked to give a statement, attend court, or take part in an investigation. Your role is simply to share what you know, anonymously.

Can I follow up on my report later?

If you submit your information online, you may receive a reference code. Keep it safe. You can use it to check for updates or add more information — all without revealing who you are.

What if someone is in danger right now?

Youth Rise is not an emergency service. If anyone is at immediate risk, call 911 straight away.
